Cooking Canned Saurkraut
Here's a German guy telling what to do.
He says there are 3 main ingredients:
Smoked Bacon
Onion (I prefer to caramelize my onion for a longer period of time.)
Mild Saurkraut
Tweak the recipe however you'd like to!
